books who cut you off or limit you

after reading shrink's post about books who kick out winners I feel it it is necessary to have a thread about these books, so if you have been booted or limited by a book please let us know, and if you were limited post how much. to me a book who limits a player to $100 per bet is no different than one that kicks you out, I also want to hear about who you have beaten repeatedly that still lets you bet whatever you want I will start

booted from BETPCI(players club international) 5 months ago, was told I am too sharp,they told me my bets were not steam plays(and they were not), but told me my percentage is too high, this after less than one month of playing with them, weak book if you ask me, considering I was up less than $10,000 with them.

if they are getting there brains beat in by you then why shouldn't they have a right to limit your play or worse terminate your account?

the day they start limiting their big losers who drop tons of money to them cause they are compulsive gamblers is the day I will be ok with them limiting winners.
